Certified Safe — From Raw Material to Finished Product

Every plush product we manufacture is built with safety in mind from the start. We select materials that meet international safety standards, apply construction methods that eliminate common hazards, and test finished products through accredited third-party laboratories. This page explains the certifications we work with, the safety measures built into our production process, and how we help you meet the compliance requirements of your target market.

How Safety Is Built into Our Production

We don't treat safety as a final checkpoint — it runs through the entire production process. Material selection comes first: all fabrics and fillings are sourced from suppliers with valid test reports for the standards relevant to your market. During production, we follow construction rules that prevent common toy safety failures. Seams on children's products are reinforced to pass pull-force testing. Eyes and noses are either securely lock-washer mounted or fully embroidered to eliminate small-part choking risks. For products targeting children under 3, we avoid any detachable components entirely. Stuffing density and weight are controlled per the approved sample spec. Before packing, every unit passes a visual and tactile inspection covering stitch integrity, part attachment, and surface defects.
