Safety Standards for Custom Stuffed Animals
If your stuffed animals are sold in the EU, the US, or other regulated markets, they need to pass specific safety tests. We produce to EN71 (Europe), ASTM F963 (US), and CPSIA requirements as standard practice. This covers material toxicity, small parts risk, flammability, and mechanical durability. Test reports are available for each production batch. For products targeting children under 3, we apply stricter construction rules — reinforced seams, no detachable small parts, and embroidered features instead of glued-on elements.
