Maris Plush was founded in 2008 in Yangzhou, China — one of the country's largest plush toy manufacturing regions. We are a custom plush manufacturer with our own factory, serving brand owners, IP holders, and corporate clients who need reliable plush product development and production. Our capabilities cover the full project cycle: design assistance, pattern-making, sampling, bulk manufacturing, quality inspection, and packaging. All production is completed in-house, which gives us direct control over output quality, cost, and timeline. Over the past 17 years, we have delivered custom plush products for clients across 30+ countries, supporting use cases ranging from brand merchandise and event giveaways to licensed retail products and promotional campaigns.

Our Team

Our team of 200+ people covers every function needed to run a plush project from start to finish — designers, pattern makers, cutting operators, sewers, stuffing and shaping specialists, QC inspectors, and dedicated project coordinators. Most of our senior production staff have been with us for over 10 years. That experience matters, because plush manufacturing is a craft-heavy process where operator skill directly affects the finished product. Our project coordinators work as your single point of contact from first inquiry to final shipment. They track every detail — design specs, sample feedback, material status, production schedule, packing requirements — so nothing falls through the gap between departments. We invest in keeping this team together because stable people produce stable output.

When we started in 2008, we were a small workshop taking on whatever plush orders came through the door. Over the years, we learned where things go wrong in this industry — samples that don't match the artwork, bulk that doesn't match the sample, deliveries that miss the deadline by weeks. Every system we built since then was a direct response to a real problem a real client faced. That's how we developed our current workflow: fixed project ownership, on-floor sample referencing during production, and structured QC at every stage. We didn't grow by chasing volume. We grew because clients came back. Some of our earliest partners still place orders with us today. That repeat trust is the result we're most proud of. It tells us the work holds up.
