A Plush Factory Built for Custom Work

Our facility is located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province — the center of China's plush toy manufacturing industry. The factory covers over 5,000 square meters and houses every production function under one roof: design studio, pattern room, cutting floor, sewing lines, stuffing and shaping stations, accessory assembly, QC area, and packing warehouse. This layout means your project doesn't move between buildings or subcontractors — it moves between rooms, managed by the same team from start to finish.

In-House Design & Pattern Room

Our design team works in the same building as the production floor. This matters because pattern-making for plush products isn't purely digital — it requires constant back-and-forth between the flat pattern, the 3D mock-up, and the sewing team. Designers can walk a draft pattern to the sewing line, test it on the spot, adjust it, and test again within the same day. This shortens the sample development cycle and catches structural problems early, before fabric is wasted on a flawed cut.

Inside Our Production Floor

Production runs through a fixed sequence: cutting, sewing, stuffing, shaping, detail work, and final assembly. Each station has its own workspace and dedicated operators. Sewing alone accounts for the largest portion of our workforce — hand-guided stitching is what determines whether a plush product looks right or not. Curved seams, tight corners, and facial features all require experienced operators who understand how fabric behaves under the needle. We run multiple sewing lines in parallel, which allows us to handle several projects at different stages simultaneously without cross-contamination between orders.
